SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking numbers able to be provided at the time of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as both UPS and FedEx require a physical (residential or business) address for delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Dehen is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees (duties/taxes) incurred from importing goods. In the event a package is refused by the customer, all shipping charges and return shipping charges will be withheld from a customer's refund. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Local Pick-Up - Free*
- Under $100 - $10 standard shipping for purchases of under $100 (Domestic only)
- United States - Standard: $15, 3 Day: $35, Next Day: $60
- Canada - Standard: $30, 3 Day: $45
- International (excluding Canada) - Flat Rate: $75
- The above shipping cost is for one item. For each additional item there will be an added $5 shipping charge.
Orders will ship within 2 business days upon purchase. Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs under "special instructions" in the checkout form, and we will do our best to accommodate you. To make any additional arrangements, please email email@example.com.
*For local pick-up please provide correct contact info to arrange pick-up accommodations. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. We are located at 1040 NE 44th Ave Suite #3, Portland, OR 97213.
International orders will be shipped UPS ground. International Customers must provide a telephone number in the checkout form. If telephone number is not provided we will request a phone number via email. Product will not ship until phone number has been confirmed.
If for any reason you wish to use PayPal for your purchase please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to work out arrangements.
NORMAL RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns for items (excluding sale items) within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment upon receipt of merchandise. To return merchandise, email us at email@example.com for return authorization.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Dehen does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dehen.
SALES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Requests for price adjustments on sale items will be honored on items purchased within 7 days prior to sale. Price difference will be offered as store credit. Items purchased on sale are refundable for store credit only – unless otherwise marked as final purchase.
Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Dehen does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.
Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Dehen will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
